I’ll leave you with a photo of my most recent project….a sugar free, low carb chocolate cake with a vanilla mint buttercream. The recipe for the frosting will be among the first I share.
(It was for my sister Nikkis birthday. She’s the only one in her family who follows THM, so its a mini cake. (approximately 4 in x 4 in.).
